Yes. We don't block you from leaving. Any link can redirect to any destination, including another GS1 Digital Link provider. Switching providers won't affect already printed labels.
Your sites stay exactly as they are - visitors can still scan your codes and see the content. You only lose the ability to edit them until your payment is settled. You can also deactivate individual sites if needed.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period - no surprise charges.

No. All plans include unlimited scans. You pay for the number of GTINs (products) you manage, not for how many times your codes are scanned.
